(74) Section 3101(c) is amended by inserting "of this section" after "subsection (a)" and by striking out "(relating to seizure of property for collection of taxes)" and substituting "(26 U.S.C. 6331 et seq.)". (75) Section 3103(e)(2)(B) is amended by striking out "within one year after the date of enactment of this paragraph", "on or prior to the date of enactment of this paragraph", and "such enactment date" and substituting "before October 9, 1978,", "before October 9, 1977,", and "October 8, 1977", respectively.
