-p^ amend section 235 of the National Housing Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the fourth Sentence of section 235(h)(l) of the National Housing Act is amended by striking out "March 31, 1982" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "September 30, 1982". Approved May 24, 1982.
