(b) Section 1114 of title 18 is amended by striking out "the Federal Clauns Collection Act of 1966 (31 U.S.C. 951 et seq.)" and substituting "sections 3711 and 3716-3718 of title 31". (c) The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. 1 et seq.) is amended as follows: 26 USC 405,409.
