SEC. 523. The Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act of 1963 (7 U.S.C. 2041 et seq.), is repealed. EFFECTIVE DATE

SEC. 524. The provisions of this Act shall take effect ninety days from the date of enactment, and shall be classified to title 29, United States Code. Approved January 14, 1983.
