SEC. 2. (a) The Secretary of the Treasury shall pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Doctor David Pass an amount equal to the aggregate of any amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, in complete or partial satisfaction of the liability to the United States specified in the first section. (b) No more than 10 per centum of the amount appropriated in subsection (a) shall be paid to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with the liability dealt with in this Act. Any person violating the provisions of this subsection shall be fined not more than $1,000. Approved October 15, 1982.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Danuta Gwozdz. istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Danuta Gwozdz may be classified as a child within the meaning of section lOKbXlXF) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf 8 USC 1101. by Michael and Wiktoria Gwozdz, a United States citizen and permanent resident alien, respectively, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of 8 USC 1154. the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
