Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That the two Houses of Congress assemble in the Hall of the House Communications of Representatives on January 26, 1982, at 9 o'clock post meridiem, f°'" President. for the purpose of receiving such communication as the President of the United States shall be pleased to make to them. Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That when the House adjourns on Wednesday, February 10, 1982, it stand adjourned until 12 o'clock meridian on Monday, February 22, 1982, and that when the Senate adjourns on Thursday, February 11, 1982, or on Friday, February 12, 1982, pursuant to a motion made by the Majority Leader in accordance with this resolution, it stand adjourned untu 12 o'clock meridian on Monday, February 22, 1982. Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring). That appropriate ceremonies are authorized to be conducted in the Ceremonies in Rotunda of the Capitol on March 31, 1982, to commemorate Roger Capitol Rotunda. Williams for his contributions to religious toleration and freedom in the United States. These ceremonies shall be conducted in accordance with conditions prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol. Agreed to February 25, 1982. FEDERALLY INSURED DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS—REAFFIRMATION OF F U N D SECURITY Whereas, since the 1930's, the American people have relied upon Federal deposit insurance to ensure the safety and security of their funds in federally insured depository institutions; and Whereas the security of such funds is an essential element of the American financial system: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring). That the Congress reaffirms that deposits, up to the statutorily prescribed amount, in federally insured depository institutions are backed by the fuU faith and credit of the United States. Agreed to March 23, 1982.
