Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United National Christ- States of America in Congress assembled. That the month of Novemmas Seal Month. 5^^ 1982 IS designated as "National Christmas Seal Month" and the President of the United States is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon all government ag[encies and the people of the United States to observe the month with appropriate activities supporting the Christmas Seal program. Approved October 19, 1982.
