To carry out, except as otherwise provided, title IV of the Public Health Service Act with respect to aging, $93,996,000. RESEARCH RESOURCES

To carry out, except as otherwise provided, sections 301 and 472 of the Public Health Service Act with respect to research resources and general research support grants, $213,804,000: Provided, That none of these funds, with the exception of funds for the Minority Biomedical Support program, shall be used to pay recipients of the general research support grants program any amount for indirect expenses in connection with such grants. JOHN E. FOGARTY INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR ADVANCED STUDY IN THE HEALTH SCIENCES

For the John E. Fogarty International Center for Advanced Study in the Health Sciences, $10,147,000, of which $1,800,000 shall be available for payment to the Gorgas Memorial Institute for maintenance and operation of the Gorgas Memorial Laboratory.
