Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) section 6 of the Peace Corps Act is amended by striking out "not to exceed" in the first proviso and by inserting in lieu thereof "not less than". (b) This amendment shall be effective as of December 29, 1981. Approved December 23, 1982.
