PUBLIC LAW 97-306—OCT. 14, 1982 "(HI) the Administrator, not less than 30 days before taking action under such subparagraph, provides to each eligible veteran and eligible person already enrolled in such course written notice of the Administrator's intent to take such action {and the reasons therefor) unless such corrective action is taken within such 60 days (or within such longer period as the Administrator has determined is reasonable and appropriate), and of the date on which the Administrator intends to take action under such subparagraph.".

SEC. 208. The second sentence of section 1798(e)(3) is amended— (1) by striking out "in maximum feasible detail"; (2) by inserting "and" at the end of clause (A); and (3) by striking out clauses (B) and (C) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "(B) data regarding the default experience and default rate with respect to (i) loans made under this section in connection with accelerated payments under section 1682A of this title, and (ii) other loans made under this section.". SEC. 209. Section 1622 is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: "(e) Any amount transferred to the Administrator from the Secretary of a military department under an interagency agreement for the administration by the Veterans* Administration of an educational assistance program established by the Secretary under chap10 USC 2141 et ter 107 of title 10 may be deposited into and disbursed from the fund

SEC. 301. (a) Chapter 41 is amended by inserting after the table of sections the following new section: ««§ 2000.
