EFFECTIVE DATE
SEC. 239. This Act shall be effective upon the date of enactment of? use 2 note. this Act, except that sections 207, 212, and 231 of this Act shall be effective one hundred and twenty days after the date of enactment of this Act, or such earlier date as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission shall prescribe by regulation.
