AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR STATE GRANTS UNDER THE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973 SEC. 19. (a) For the purpose of making State grants under part B of 29 USC 730. section 100(b)(1) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (hereinafter in this 29 USC 720. section referred to as "the Act") $1,037,800,000 are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1984, and the amount determined under section 100(c) of the Act for each of the fiscal years 1985 and 1986. (b)(1) There are also authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of section 100(b)(1) of the Act such additional sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1984, 1985, and 1986. Any amount appropriated pursuant to this subparagraph shall be allo- cated in accordance with paragraph (2). (2) For any fiscal year for which an amount is appropriated pursuant to paragraph (1), each State shall receive an additional allocation which bears the same ratio to the additional amount 29 USC 730. appropriated as that State's allotment under section 110 of the Act bears to the total amount allotted pursuant to such section. AUTHORIZATIONS OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR DISCRETIONARY PROGRAMS UNDER THE REHABIUTATION ACT OF 1973 SEC. 20. (a) For the purpose of allotments under section 112 of the 29 USC 732. Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (hereinafter in this section referred to as "the Act") there are authorized to be appropriated $3,500,000 for fiscal year 1984. (b) For the purpose of making grants to Indian tribes under part D 29 USC 750. of title I of the Act, there are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1984 such sums as may be necessary, not to exceed 1 percent of 29 USC 720. the amount appropriated pursuant to section 100(b)(1) of the Act. 29 USC 761. (c) For the purposes of section 201(a)(2) of the Act there are authorized to be appropriated $36,000,000 for fiscal year 1984. 29 USC 774. (d) For the purposes of section 304 of the Act there are authorized to be appropriated $22,000,000 for fiscal year 1984. 29 USC 777. (e) For the purposes of section 310(a) of the Act there are author- ized to be appropriated $12,900,000 for fiscal year 1984. 29 USC 777c. (f) For the purpose of section 313(e) of the Act there are authorized to be appropriated $3,700,000 for fiscal year 1984. 29 USC 777f. (g) For the purposes of section 316 of the Act there are authorized to be appropriated $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1984.
