None of the funds provided in this Act to any depart- ment or agency shall be obligated or expended to procure passenger automobiles as defined in 15 U.S.C. 2001 with an EPA estimated miles per gallon average of less than 22 miles per gallon. Short title. This Act may be cited as the "Department of Housing and Urban Development-Independent Agencies Appropriation Act, 1984". Approved July 12, 1983.
