That the sum herein appropriated shall be reduced by the amount of miscellaneous revenues received during fiscal year 1984 so as to result in a final fiscal year 1984 estimated appropriation estimated at not more than $156,437,000. POWER MARKETING ADMINISTRATIONS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, ALASKA POWER ADMINISTRATION For engineering and economic investigations to promote the devel- opment and utilizaton of the water, power, and related resources of Alaska, and for necessary expenses of operation and maintenance of projects in Alaska and of marketing electric power and energy, $3,410,000, to remain available until expended, of which not to exceed $200,000 to be available only upon a determination by the Secretary that such amounts are required to ensure continuity of service in the case of an emergency.
