97 STAT. 410 PUBLIC LAW 98-75—AUG. 11, 1983 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Treaty of Paris, States of America in Congress assembled, That September 3, 1983, is anniversar^^^of proclaimed a day of national celebration of the two hundredth signing^ ^ anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Paris, and that the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation call- ing upon the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
