PUBLIC LAW 98-121—OCT. 12, 1983 97 STAT. 813 Public Law 98-121 98th Congress An Act To designate the Federal Building at Fourth and Ferry Streets, Lafayette, Indiana, as Oct. 12, 1983 the "Charles A. Halleck Federal Building". [S. 1465] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Federal Charles A. Building at Fourth and Ferry Streets, Lafayette, Indiana, shall BS?/^'^^' '^^ hereafter be known and designated as the "Charles A. Halleck Designation. Federal Building". Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or any other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Charles A. Halleck Federal Building".
