Res. 102] Awareness Week". Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Lupus States of America in Congress assembled. That the week of October Awareness jg^;^983^ through October 22, 1983, is designated as "Lupus Aware- ness Week", and the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calHng upon the people of the United States to observe the week with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.
