PUBLIC LAW 98-226—MAR. 5, 1984 share in the agricultural abundance of the Nation, March 6, 1984, is hereby designated as "Frozen Food Day". The President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved March 5, 1984.
