Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That subsection (j) of section 252 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 62720')) is amended by striking out "December 31, 1983" and insert- 96 Stat. 248. ing in lieu thereof "June 30, 1985". Approved March 20, 1984.
