Entitled the "Harry Porter Control Tower".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the air traffic control tower at the Chattanooga Municipal Airport (Lovell Field) is designated and shall hereafter be known as the Harry Porter Control Tower. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, or other paper of the United States to such control tower shall be held and considered to refer to the "Harry Porter Control Tower". Approved April 6, 1984.
