TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

For an additional amount for "Training and employment services", $21,700,000, to be available for obligation for the period July 1, 1984 through June 30, 1985, and which shall be for the renovation and repair of Job Corps facilities and equipment replacement. For an additional amount for migrant and seasonal farmworker programs authorized by section 402 of the Job Training Partnership Act, notwithstanding the provisions of sections 3(a)(3)(A) and 402(f) 29 USC 1672. of the Act, $5,117,000, to be available for obligation for the period 29 USC 1502. July 1, 1984 through June 30, 1985: Provided, That funding provided herein shall be distributed to the States so that each State's total program year 1984 allocation is at least equal to its annualized allocation for the period October 1, 1983 through June 30, 1984. STATE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OPERATIONS

Public Law 98-139 is amended by deleting under this heading 97 Stat. 872. "$587,310,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$567,310,000". 1
