SEC. 303. (a) Subject to section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Air Force may make expenditures to improve existing military family housing units in an amount not to exceed $62,173,000, of which $23,751,000 is available only for energy conservation projects. Ob) The Secretary of the Air Force may, notwithstanding the maximum amount per unit for an improvement project under section 28250b) of title 10, United States Code, carry out projects to improve existing military family housing units at the following installations in the number of units shown, and in the amount shown, for each installation: Bergstrom Air Force Base, Texas, one hundred and fifty-six units, $4,642,000. Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, one hundred and six units, $2,772,000.
