CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS—OCT. 11, 1984 CORRECTIONS IN ENROLLMENT OF H.R. 3942 Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 3942) to facilitate commercial space launches, and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following corrections: (1) At the end of section 12(a)(1) add the following: "An owner or operator of a payload shall be entitled to a determination on the record after an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with section 554 of title 5, United States Code, of any decision of the Secretary under section 6(b)(2) to prevent the launch of such payload.". (2) In section 12(b) after "the Secretary" the second place it appears insert the following: "or to prevent the launch of a payload".
