PUBLIC LAW 98-568—OCT. 30, 1984
SEC. 2. Any provision of any amendment made by this Act which, directly or indirectly, authorizes the enactment of new budget authority described in section 402(a) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 shall be effective only for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1984. Approved October 30, 1984.
