Public Law 98-521 98th Congress An Act To designate the United States Post Office and Courthouse located at 245 East Capital Street in Jackson, Mississippi, as the "James O. Eastland United States Courthouse".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United Public buildings States Post Office and Courthouse located at 245 East Capital Street and grounds. in Jackson, Mississippi, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "James O. Eastland United States Courthouse". Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "James O. Eastland United States Courthouse". Approved October 19, 1984.
