WORK INCENTIVES

For carrying out a work incentive program, as authorized by part C of title rV of the Social Security Act, including registration of 42 USC 630. individuals for such programs, and for related child care and other supportive services, as authorized by section 402(a)(19XG) of the Act, 42 USC 602. including transfer to the Secretary of Labor, as authorized by section 431 of the Act, $220,000,000 which shall be the maximum 42 USC 631. amount available for transfer to the Secretary of Labor and to which the States may become entitled pursuant to section 403(d) of such Act, for these purposes. 42 USC 603. For carrying out the Community Services Block Grant Act, $372,435,000, of which $19,920,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(A), $4,050,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(D), $3,035,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(E), and $6,130,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(F).

DEPARTMENTAL MANAGEMENT GENERAL DEPARTMENTAL MANAGEMENT

For necessary expenses, not otherwise provided, for general departmental management, including hire of six medium sedans, $139,949,000 together with not to exceed $8,000,000 to be transferred and expended as authorized by section 201(g)(l) of the Social Security Act from any one or all of the trust funds referred to therein, of 42 USC 401. which $16,000,000 shall be for the award of grants, under the authority of section 301 of the Public Health Service Act, for four 42 USC 241.
