Public Law 99-71 99th Congress Joint Resolution Making an urgent supplemental appropriation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1985, for the Eiepartment of Agriculture.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sum is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not othenvise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1985; namely: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION REIMBURSEMENT FOR NET REALIZED LOSSES
For an additional amount to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for net realized losses sustained, but not previously reimbursed, pursuant to the Act of August 17, 1961 (15 U.S.C. 713a-ll, 713a-12), $1,000,000,000. Approved July 24, 1985.
