PUBLIC LAW 99-105—SEPT. 30, 1985 "(F) make, in cooperation with the United States Geological Survey, the National Science Foundation, and the National Bureau of Standards, an annual presentation to the appropriate committee of the Congress within sixty days after the end of each fiscal year for the purpose of communicating any events and any programmatic requirements deemed significant by the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program; and". SEC. 7. Section 2(b)(3) of the National Bureau of Standards Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1986 (Public Law 99-73) is amended by striking "(7), and (8)" and inserting in lieu thereof "and (7)".
