To proclaim March 20, 1986, as "National Agriculture Day". To designate January 19 through January 25, 1986, "National Jaycee Week". P a n a m a Canal Amendments Act of 1985 Designating the United States Post Office Building located at 300 Packerland Drive, Green Bay, Wisconsin, as the "John W. Byrnes Post Office and Federal Building".
