To authorize and request the President to issue a proclamation designating April 20 through April 26, 1986 as "National Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Week". Overseas Private Investment Corporation Amendments Act of 1985. Farm Credit Amendments Act of 1985 To authorize and request the President to designate September 21, 1986, as "Ethnic American Day". To proclaim March 20, 1986, as "National Agriculture Day". To designate January 19 through January 25, 1986, "National Jaycee Week". P a n a m a Canal Amendments Act of 1985 Designating the United States Post Office Building located at 300 Packerland Drive, Green Bay, Wisconsin, as the "John W. Byrnes Post Office and Federal Building". To authorize the Administrator of General Services to collect additional contributions of money provided to him by private individuals or organizations for the Nancy Hanks Center. Designating the building located at 125 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, as the "Wallace F. Bennett Federal Building". To designate the United States Courthouse in Tucson, Arizona, as the "James A. Walsh United States Courthouse". To provide for the temporary extension of certain programs relating to housing and community development, and for other purposes. Designating the week beginning January 12, 1986, as "National Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Awareness Week". Cherokee Leasing Act Shareholder Communications Act of 1985 P a n a m a Canal Commission Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1986. To provide for an equitable waiver in the compromise and collection of Federal claims. To remove certain restrictions on the availability of office space for former Speakers of the House.
