SEC. 4. TINICUM NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER
Section 1 of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for additional authorization of appropriations for the Tinicum National Environmental Center", approved July 25, 1980 (Public Law 96-315, 94 Stat. 957) is amended by striking out "September 30, 1985" and inserting in lieu thereof "expended". Approved December 19, 1985.
