harvest on a farm would be limited to the wheat crop acreage base for the farm for the crop reduced by not less • than 15 percent nor more than 22 y2 percent; and ' .^" "(11) a land diversion program (as described in paragraph

  • (5)(A)) with in-kind payments under which the acreage

planted to wheat for harvest on a farm would be limited to the wheat crop acreage base for the farm for the crop reduced by 2^2 percent of the wheat crop acreage base, in addition to any reduction required under subclause (I); or "(ii) 1,000,000,000 bushels or less, the Secretary may provide for— "(I) an acreage limitation program (as described in paragraph (2)) under which the acreage planted to wheat for harvest on a farm would be limited to the wheat crop acreage base for the farm for the crop reduced by not more ',' ',' than 15 percent; and "(II) a land diversion program as described in paragraph (5)(A). "(C) In the case of the 1987 crop of wheat, if the Secretary V... ( , J estimates, not later than June 1 of the year previous to the year in ' which the crop is harvested, that the quantity of wheat on hand in the United States on the first day of the marketing year for that crop (not including any quantity of wheat of that crop) will be— "(i) more than 1,000,000,000 bushels, the Secretary shall provide for an acreage limitation program (as described in paravifj graph (2)) under which the acreage planted to wheat for harvest on a farm would be limited to the wheat crop acreage base for ' the farm for the crop reduced by not less than 20 percent but not more than 27 Va percent; or

"(D) In the case of each of the 1988 through 1990 crops of wheat, if .;; > the Secretary estimates, not later than June 1 of the year previous to the year in which the crop is harvested, that the quantity of wheat on hand in the United States on the first day of the marketing year for that crop (not including any quantity of wheat of that crop) will be— "(i) more than 1,000,000,000 bushels, the Secretary shall provide for an acreage limitation program (as described in paragraph (2)) under which the acreage planted to wheat for harvest on a farm would be limited to the wheat crop acreage base for ^' ^ the farm for the crop reduced by not less than 20 percent nor ^ more them 30 percent; or "(ii) 1,000,000,000 bushels or less, the Secretary may provide for such an acreage limitation program under which the acreage planted to wheat for harvest on a farm would be limited to the wheat crop acreage base for the farm for the crop reduced - " by not more than 20 percent. "(E) As a condition of eligibility for loans, purchases, and payments for any such crop of wheat, except as provided in subsection (g), the producers on a farm must comply with the terms and conditions of the acreage limitation program and, if applicable, the land diversion progremi as provided in paragraph (IXBXiXII).
