RUTHNAVELU MUDELLIAR, Rao Saheb, Superintendent in the office of the Controller of Military Supply Accounts, received his title on the occasion of the recent Coronation Durbar, in recognition of his public services. Gadey, Govind ViTHAL, Rao Saheb, Sub- Assistant Surgeon, received his title on the occasion of the recent Coro- nation Durbar, in recognition of his services to the public. Pandit, Sitaram Ramchandra, Rao Saheb, Extra- Assistant Commissioner, seventh grade, Assistant Settlement Officer, was born on i6th December, 1872, and was appointed to Government service in 1892. He was appointed Extra- Assistant Commissioner in 1908, and reached his present grade in the same year. His title was conferred on the occa- sion of the recent Coronation Durbar, in recognition of his services to Government and the public. Address: Jubbulpur, Central Provinces. CHITNAVIS, SlIANKAR BALWANT, M.A., IX., Rao Saheb, Subordinate .Judge, first grade Second Additional District Judge, East Berar, was born on 3rd September, 1876, and entered Government service in 1899. He was appointed Ex- tra- Assistant Commissioner in 1901 and reached his present grade in 1909.
