Marginal romanization vs. textual romanization

The Wikipedia article for Buncho gives his family name as Ippitsusai, whereas the romanization of his name in the margin in kanji (Chinese characters) gives it incorrectly as Ichihitsusai. Whoever romanized it in the margin forgot the change in pronunciation when many kanji are used together. In any case, should some sort of note be added that the marginal romanization is wrong so the reader knows to look for Ippitsusai when doing further research? I looked into trying to use {{SIC}} or {{tooltip}} for this, but it doesn't interact well with ruby. So I don't know how practical it would be to add such a note. The more practical approach would be to annotate names in the text with {{Wikidata link}} (or {{Annotate QID}}) where they're known, but that would be a fairly long project. --Pokechu22 (talk) 17:06, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
