I am confident in my transcription of main portion. However there was not a large enough sample to be confident in all of the signatures. So I am going to place some supportting evidence here

Continuing, 4 and 10 family tree (mother & daughter), 15 genealogy page (cf W in White and middle initial), 9 could be preacher listed here, 18 preacher listed here. That leaves 6, 8, 9. The only one I really don't like is 8, I've marked it with an illegible tag while giving the rest of the page a proofread. Prosody (talk) 22:07, 11 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
If you examine the signature under the portrait at the beginning of this book. illegible 8 is surely "F.D." husband of 10 and father of 4.--BirgitteSB 15:14, 12 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
