Some of the captives the USA apprehended in its global war on terror were sent to it Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba. Other captives were sent to the Central Intelligence Agency's network of clandestine interrogation centres, or to custody in military internment facilities like the Bagram Theater Internment Facility.
