Under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528 s. 182) in Hong Kong, yearbooks which published for over 50 years are in public domain.

Issues edit

Some or all works listed in this portal are created by an officer of the Hong Kong Government, and are in the public domain in Hong Kong, because:

They were created before 1899; or
They were first published commercially within 75 years from the end of their creation year, and 50 years have passed since the end of the calendar year of their first commercial publication. In other words, they were created after 1898, and published before 1974.
