extra apostrophe edit
This template is delivering an extra apostrophe, I can't see where from however.

synonyms edit
I cannot see where synonyms are being handled.
Several of the names of fishes in the book I completed are using non-accepted names and have no listing at wikidata, commons or any of the 'pedia. Maybe a third for the synonym being used in the book we are needing to faithfully reproduce?--RaboKarbakian (talk) 16:48, 20 July 2021 (UTC)
