link from the article tab is broken edit

I have added the {{textquality}} template to Articles of Religion (Methodist) but instead of displaying the image, the link from the article tab is broken. This is the source code that my browser sees:

<li id="ca-nstab-main" class="selected"><a title="View the content page [alt-c]" accesskey="c" href="/wiki/Article%20%3Cimg%20src=%27http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3a/50%25.png%27%20alt=%27%27%20width=%279%27%20height=%279%27%20longdesc=%27%27%20/%3Es_of_Religion_%28Methodist%29">Article</a></li>

I am using Firefox version 1.5.0.4 What did I do wrong? --Wikipedia:User talk:Hroðulf 10:47, 7 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

icon has disappeared edit

I am not seeing the quality icon in the "article" (now called "page") tab anymore. Where has it gone to? This is a useful facility for the numerous articles that are not transcluded. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 18:53, 22 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

I will get used to scrolling to the bottom to look for a % category, but the icon was handy. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 15:55, 9 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Bob Burkhardt: This should be fixed now. See WS:S/H#TextQuality Template didn't work .. in a Translation Namespace page for details. --Xover (talk) 11:44, 15 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Xover: Thank you. I think it is handy to have it back as there are many article it applies to. Sorry for the late reply. I've been using another account since my home library started refusing me admittance back in Spring 2020. I can see I should check into this one occasionally.
