Dhaka, the 30th December, 1985
No.S.R.O.533-L/85.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 9 of the Senior Services Pool Order, 1979, the Government is pleased to make the following further amendment in this Ministry's Notification No. S.R.O. L96-L/8S/ME/SAl-34/85-137, dated the 24th April, 1985, namely :—
In the aforesaid Notification, for the wands, figures commas "the 31st December, 1985,” the words, figures and commas “the 31st March, 1986," shall be substituted and shall be deemed always to have been so substituted.

- the production or publication of a translation in any language of an Act of Parliament and of any rules or orders made there under namely:—
- if no translation of such Act or rules or orders in that language has previously been produced or published by the Government; or
- Where a translation of such Act or rules or orders in that language has been produced or published by the Government, if the translation is not available for sale to the public:
- Provided that such translation contains a statement at a prominent place to the effect that the translation has not been authorized or accepted as authentic by the Government;
Re-users of this work who wish to adapt it to their own use are cautioned that many derivative works are prohibited.
