Gordon, M.D.; educ: at Edinburgh University; joined the Gordon Highlanders, 1888; served in Chitral Relief Expedition, 1895; Tirah expedition, 1897-8; Adjutant, 1st Battalian Gordon Highlanders throughout the S.
