Louth, and Ida, dau. of Edmund Jerningham; b. 1869; m., 1st, 1899, Sibyl (d. 1915), fourth dau. of the Hon. Bryan Stapleton, and has issue two sons and two daus.; 2nd, 1921, Veronica, dau. of the Hon. Bryan Stapleton. Res.: Knock Abbey, Dundalk.
