No. 3


Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has already seized the administrative power of the Country; therefore, in order to orderly administer the Country, the Council for Democratic Reform gives the following order:

  1. The Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, 2540 Buddhist Era, shall terminate.
  2. The Senate, House of Representatives, Council of Ministers, and Constitutional Court shall terminate together with the Constitution.
  3. The Privy Councillors shall remain in their positions and continue to perform their duties.
  4. All the courts other than the Constitutional Court shall remain empowered to try and adjudicate upon cases in accordance with the provisions of law and announcements of the Council for Democratic Reform.
