I do not know if this is in Saha's translation or a mistake that was made during the digitization but the first reference is inaccurate and possibly misleading. It says: "Ueber die Grundgleichungen der Elektrodynamik für bewegte Körper. Wiedemanns Ann. 41. p. 869. 1890 (also in: Ges. Werke Bd. I. p. 266. Leipzig 1B92)." The page number in the journal is actually "369" and not "869". In the german original, it says "369".
Furthermore Minkowski cites the article as being in "Wiedemanns Ann." which was another name for "Annalen der Physik und Chemie". The latter is the more common journal title (from a modern perspective) for which the associated volume and issue are Vol. 277, Iss. 11. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/andp.18902771102/abstract

Incorrect formula in section: § 3. The Theorem of Relativity of Lorentz. edit
In section: "§ 3. The Theorem of Relativity of Lorentz", at the formula (2) the equation: −i tg iψ = ... is incorrect here currently. In the original, on the right-hand side of that equation, the numerator expression starts with an e which has the exponent ψ , while here that exponent is missing.
