Chap. LXXXIX.—An Act to establish an arsenal of construction in the State of North Carolina.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,Appropriation for purchase of a site and for building. That the sum of forty-five thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, from any money in the Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, towards the purchase of a site and the building of an arsenal of deposite and general construction, near the town of Fayetteville, in the State of North Carolina.
