E THE UNDERSIGNED HOTEL, RESTAURANT AND BOARDING HOUSE PROPRIETORS of Hutchinson agree to observe at all times, the rules of the United States Food Administration, a copy of which is herewith attached, and in conformity with the same to observe the following: One wheatless meal each day Monday & Wednesday wheatless days Tuesday meatless days A day means from midnight to midnight

We will serve war bread every day. We ask the hearty co-operation of our patrons, in observing these and an other rules the Food Administration may wish.
