I would like to nominate PseudoSkull for adminship. They have been a Wikimedia since 2015, and currently is an admin at English Wiktionary, so know the tools. They have been active with us since April 2020 and amassed a significant number of edits with us in the past year. They have participated in all of our namespaces and have demonstrated their competence and compliance with the style guide. They have been making requests for functions that can only be undertaken by administrators and I think that they have the skills to undertake these admin tasks themself. I like their communication approach and discussion for consensus, and if admin tools are provided I hope that would continue. I put this nomination before the community.
