Withdrawal of Proclamation 108 of 1985 (1989)

This presidential proclamation, number 43 of 1989 published on 31 March 1989 in Government Gazette No. 11812, withdrew Proclamation No. 108 of 1985 which would have brought section 7 of the Copyright Amendment Act, 1984, into force on the following day.

Withdrawal of Proclamation 108 of 1985

Under the powers vested in me by section 15 of the Copyright Amendment Act, 1984 (Act No. 52 of 1984), I hereby withdraw Proclamation 108 of 1985.

Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Cape Town this Twenty-ninth day of March, One thousand Nine hundred and Eighty-nine.
