Garnier, Thomas, 1s. Thomas, of Bishopstoke, Hants, cler. Worcester Coll., matric. 6 Feb., 1827, aged 17, B.A. 1830; fellow All Souls' Coll. 1830-5, B.C.L. 1833, chaplain to the Lock Hospital and also to House of Commons 1849-50, vicar of Lewknor, Oxon, 1835-40, rector of Longford, co. Derby, 1840-50, and of Trinity Marylebone 1850-60, appointed dean of Ripon 1860, dean of Lincoln 1860, until his death 7 Dec., 1863.
