On the 7th inst., at St. Paul's, Knightsbridge, by the Rev. W. R. Hankey, assisted by the Rev. J. Baden Powell, CHARLES WOODBYNE PARISH, son of the late Sir Woodbine Parish, K.C.H., to the Honble. HELEN J. SANDILANDS, only daughter of the late Rev. the Honble. John Sandilands, and sister of the present Lord Torphichen.

Death notice in The Times, Saturday, 9 Sep 1922, p.1, reads: PARISH.--On the 7th sept., suddenly of heart failure, after a few hours' illness, CHARLES WOODBYNE PARISH, 58, Ennismore-gardens, S.W., aged 74. R.I.P.
