STARKEY Digby Pilot Esq.
Effects under £4,000.

20 January. The Will with a Codicil of Digby Pilot Starkey formerly of 37 Fitz-William-place Dublin Barrister-at-Law Account-General of the High Court of Chancery in Ireland but late of Munster House Fulham in the County of Middlesex Esquire who died 15 November 1876 at Munster House was proved at the Principal Registry by Fanny Jane Starkey of 2 Lionel-villas Belvedere-road Upper Norwood in the County of Surrey Spinster the Sister the sole Executrix.

It would appear that Munster House is a "lunatic asylum" as "UK, Lunacy Patients Admission Registers, 1846-1912 for Digby Pilot Starkey" shows admission in 2 August 1873, and death date as discharged/death.
